2.4 pounds!

It's our "free" day. Meaning that we get a break from all the dieting rules. The official weigh-in is Sunday, but the book encourages getting on the scale daily. Yesterday I'd lost 2 pounds and today, another 0.4!

I know it's mostly water-weight, but there has to be a little real weight loss in there somewhere. It doesn't really matter, it's still great incentive to keep going!
