Back in the Saddle Again

And here we go again! The IUI this morning went off without a hitch, the numbers all looked great, and they reassured me of my good hormonal levels again. They said my follies were exactly where they wanted to see them size-wise. Everything is going in our favor - the nurse even got the catheter into my cervix easily (it usually takes about 10 tries).

We had the same nurse we've had twice before. She was very sweet and told me that she sincerely wished my luck and that she wouldn't see me again! She also let the hubs do the insem. She got it all set up and then looks at him and goes, "You want to do it?" The hubs looked at me and I encouraged him to go for it. So he did. He said it was cool in a strange way, but most definitely cool.

*IF* we get pregnant, then it really will have been my husband who did it! He definitely felt more involved this morning instead of just standing there holding my hand.

  2. I do hope and pray we get a sweet little one and I'd like to say one just like you my precious. However, I'm afraid God broke the mold after He made you....I'm not sure the world could handle another one! I love you dearly!

And just for your readers...I love her enough to discipline her when she was a pistol of a little girl!

  7. Yeah! Very exciting, and how wonderful that DH was able to be so involved. I remember that you are rather diligent about NOT POAS early, so be sure to update us with your Beta date. :) Sticky thoughts!
